Shipping policy

SRA Online will only ship items within Australia.

SRA Online will endeavour to ship all items in stock on the next business day from the date of order.

Shipping is free for small orders over $500.  Larger orders (150kg+) are subject to additional freight costs based on the destination.  To receive a quotation for freight on larger orders please select Quote Shipping during checkout.

Server racks are kerbside delivery only, for deliveries up any stairs a quote is required. Please contact us via email or using the online chat function.

Shipping is generally provided by TNT with tracking.
